Your subscription consists of:

• a listing with a picture in the index of www.gites.biz
• your own sale object page with a detailed description
• 5 photos of your sale object (more pictures in the near future) 
• the possibility to change your page online as you wish
• a mailing form by which your clients can contact you
• the possibility to enter your portfolio from which you can choose to bind one to each subscription (if for instance a house is sold you can quickly bind another house to the subscription)
• the possibility of a subdomain

The price is 63€* per year for one subscription. Subsequent subscriptions get a progressive discount.

A one time translation of an object from English to Dutch is € 17,50* (fair use)

Help

If you don’t have internet access or, for some other reason, you need us to help you set up your sale object page, please call us. We will assist you editing and publishing your information. We are happy to discuss the fee for this service.

Discounts

1st subscription = 0%
2nd t/m 5th subscription = -10%
6th t/m 9th subscription = -15%
10th and subsequent subscriptions = -20%

Photos

We will install the photos you send us (max. 5 per object page) free of charge.
Changing photos later will be charged 2.50€* per photo. (fair use)

Subdomain

All www.gites.biz clients have the use of a sub domain on which you can show your corporate information and place a hyperlink to your own website. On this sub domain the visitor can find your entire total portfolio regarding the number of subscriptions you have.  The standard format of this sub domain is:
your_client_number.gites.biz   
You can replace the client number in your sub domain by a name of your choice (depending the availability of the name) We will charge you Euro 56,00 per year for this service. Added to this you have the use of our Content Management System (CMS) with which you can add pages to your sub domain and upload photos...

Domain

If you have a sub domain name, you can have your own domain name linked to it thus creating your own separate website with a CMS, having the look and feel and the exposure of www.gites.biz.  We can register or transfer your domain name and link it to your account at Gites.nl for an additional Euro 44,00 per year. 

Syndication
Gites.nl can also be the pivot of your own website. Through syndication we can see to it that the objects you enter in www.gites.biz are being integrated into your own website; your entire portfolio can be managed in Gites.nl not regarding the number of subscriptions you have.  Syndication is relatively easy to install and can be a valuable alternative for the current management of your website. When you are interested please contact us at syndication@gites.nl

Fair-use *

For several services we have adapted a fair-use policy. We don't want to fix you on exact figures but want to offer flexibility. With regard to this policy we will contact  you when we have the impression that the use of the Internet site exceeds the intention.

Indications:
1 subscription gives the possibility to enter 3 objects with texts and photographs.

*All prices exclude VAT. If Gites.nl has your (non Dutch) VAT number, no VAT is charged.
