Your subscription consists of:

• A listing with a picture in the index of www.gites.biz
• Your own gite page with a detailed description of your gite(s)
• 5 photos of your gite
• the possibility to change your page online as you wish
• a mailing form by which your clients can contact you
• a direct link to your own website if you have one
• a calender on your page where you can show the availability of your gite to your clients.

The price is € 44.00 * per year for one gite. Subsequent gites get a progressive discount.

A page for chambres d'hôtes can have a maximum of 5 room descriptions.
The price of € 44.00 * includes 3 room descriptions. The 4th and the 5th room have an additonal fee of € 6,50 each.

Help

If you don’t have internet access or, for some other reason, you need us to help you set up your gite page, we will send you a form to fill in. We will then create and activate your page for you.
This costs € 25.00* extra per gite.

Additional gites

Every subsequent gite (2 to 5) receives a discount of 10 %
6-9 : 15 % discount
10+ : 20 % discount

Photos

We will install the photos you send us (max. 5 per gite, 5 extra for a subdomain, 10 extra for a domain) once free of charge.
For changing photos later on we will charge you 2.50€* per photo.

Lastminute offers

You can add a last-minute offer to your page. This offer will show up at the special last-minute page and the website-visitor can select houses with a special offer.
We will charge you a starterfee of € 0,75 and a fee of € 0,35 per day as long as the offer is active.

*All prices exclude VAT. If you are a business outside The Netherlands, no VAT is charged if you provide us with your company name and company registration number. Dutch VAT is 19%.

Trial periods

We do not believe in free trial periods on this website. Too many variables, on which we have no influence, determine the effectiveness of your page. Commitment for one, is most important to advertise your house in a successful way. We noticed that free trials do not bring much commitment and our effort to market our platform is the same for every client.

However, you can take up a three months (trial) subscription of € 25,00.
If your page turns out to be a success you need to do nothing; it will automatically be changed into a normal subscription. If you decide this is not your platform, please let us know so we can remove your advert.
