The restaurant and the first floor have been sold, too. You will buy the second floor and the attic. According to the cadastre it is a unity. You take part in the copropriété.

Surroundings
Co-propriété ”Gîtes de la Poste” on a picturesque square in Moulinet, one hour by car from Nice, is situated in the densely vegetated mountains of the Alpes Maritimes. During the summer the mountains will provide some freshness so you can sleep under a blanket. The village is on the edge of the Parc National de Mercantour, on the way from Sospel to Col de Turini (D2566)
Facilities nearby
In the village is a little shop and a post office and next to the gites is a café/restaurant/bar. In Sospel, 12 km, you will find all the shops. Larger supermarkets are in Ventimiglia, Menton, Monaco, Nice.
Climate
This is a sea climate, but here you are on 800 m hight. The Mediterranean is 25 km from here. The hight provides the unique caracter of a ”summer resort”. Nights are fresh. The local climate of Moulinet is less humid than in Sospel (350 m). Winters can be cold at night, but during the daytime temperatures can be quite nice. An overnights change from dry and cold wheather to a lovely springtime temperature.
Other remarks
The route from Sospel to Turini is closed because of the bad wheather circumstances (2008/2009). Because of the repairs it is unclear when the road will open again. During lunchtime and during the night the road is open. You can allways reach Moulinet via St Martin de Vésubie and Paira Cava. Via Sospel: take Col de Braus, then Col de l’Orme and take the Col de Turini to go down. You can contact us. Moulinet has some camping sites, we can arrange your stay in the region.
