The beautiful area steeped in Cathar history has medieval towns and villages, such as Cordes sur Ciel, Bruniquel and Penne all within easy driving distance. Albi with its magnificient cathedral and Toulouse Lautrec museum is 45 mins away. Toulouse, the capital of the Midi-Pyrennes is approximately 1 1/4 hours’ drive.
