| Villa Sarda is situated on a hillside on 3 hectares of private grounds with its own water well, woods and lovely strolling paths. It is located in a beautiful rustic region. Annabelle is one of the 2 gîtes on the property. The views of the valley are magnificent. You can fully appreciate the charms of the area, the food, wines and peaceful nature. Just 30 metres from the house is a large swimming pool. Next to it is a game field for playing basketball or other sports and there is also a separate bathhouse with shower and toilet. Just from the garden of your vacation home are many lovely paths throughout the property to take nice walks along. Enjoy beautiful peaceful views during a barbecue with a glass of local wine from your own terrace. Your bed is spread and the wine is awaiting you upon arrival at your vacation destination.
