The spacious villa [ca. 240m2] consist of 2 floors and has a garden of 1300m2, directly at the Lake of Serre Poncon.
The living room has a surface of 50m2 and is furnished with modern and antique furniture, has a hearth, tv, radio/cd. Both on the southside and the westside there are french windows leading to the terraces with view on the lake and mountains.
From the living room and the separate kitchen (with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) the terraces with bbq are accessible.
Next to the living room is a sleeping room with a two persons bed and a wardrobe/cupboard.
The groundfloor consist of 2 very spacious bedrooms - also with wardrobes/cupboards -, a closed storeroom and the garage. There are 2 bathrooms with bath, showers and q washing machine.

Our house is directly situated on the Lake of Serre Poncon in a quarter with more freestanding villas. From the garden you can walk to the waterside with a flat beach [so: friendly for children]. The view on the lake and mountains is magnifique.
The village of Savines is provided for the daily shoppings; the local market is on tuesday and on friday. In the places Embrun and Gap there are several supermarkets.

| The neighbourhood has everything which has to do with sport and entertainment (swimming, surfing, sailing, conoeing, rafting, riding, gliding, paragliding, mountaineering and skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter [Les Orres, Risoul/Vars]. It is an eldorado for racing cyclists (mark the Tour the France). Not only directly from the villa, but also in the nature reservation Le Parc des Ecrins, you can make beautiful walking tours. The nearest golfclub in Gap has a famous reputation.
