In this beautifully renovated cottage every thing has been considered, with a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen which include a washing machine,dishwasher, hob oven and a convection/micro. oven, there is a door out to BBQ area with table and chairs which looks over to our very large salt water pool, which has lighting around it and also electricity so you can enjoy your lazy summer evenings as well . There are two bathrooms which both have a sereparate shower cubicals and also the upstairs bathroom consists of a bath . The bedrooms are two large double‘s and one single which has twin beds in . The living area and dinning area are bright and airy with double french doors onto the court yard and a door that leds out to a lovely kept garden that look‘ over farm land that leds down to the river Lot.

| Petiti Caday‘s is in the village of ST. Vite which is situated in the Lot and Garonne region of France with the river Lot running at the back of the cottage. Bergerac Airport is about 70 kms north, and to the east is the historical town of Cahors.

This is a perfect location for families. There are many activites for all which include:
Golf: a number of good standard courses are within 50kms
Cycling (cycle path run past the property )and there are different size bike‘s to rent available at the property
River trips on the Lot
Horse-riding approximately 10 minute drive
A ’Park in the Sky ‘ at Lacapellede Biron is 2o minute drive , where all the family can take part in sky walks and climbing ect.
Fishing: a must for any fisherman as the River Lot is known for its good fishing .

At Petiti Caday‘s all bed linen is provided,but not towels. At the end of your stay cleaning of Caday‘s -if required -is 75 Euro‘s so please leave the property as you would hope to find it.
As this is a 3 bedroom house but is possible for 8 people to stay there will be a 50EURO‘s per person charge over 6 persons .
