| On the groundfloor, a living room with dining area, wood burning stove, sofa, TV and radio/CD, a luxuriously, fully equiped kitchen (with refrigerator incl. freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee-machine and oven with grill) and a modern bathroom with shower, lavatory and toilet. On the 1st floor a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be transformed into a double bed; baby-cot and children’s bed on request. In the annex a washing machine, a freezer and a dryer.

| The 200 years old, and entirely restored “maset“ is situated at approx. a mile from St. Cézaire, an authentic provincial village in the hinterland of the perfume city of Grasse. The “maset“ lies in an estate of nearly half an acre, with centuries old olive trees and oaks and a heated swimming pool of 20 x 30 ft (april 1 - october 1). There are two terraces with sufficient furniture to dine and sunbath. There is also a barbecue.

Nice, Cannes, Grasse (the Perfume-city) Fréjus and Fayence as well as Biot (glass blowing) and Antibes (Picasso museum) are less than 30 minutes away. The direct surroundings of St. Cézaire offer a wide variety of possibilities for walking, biking and riding.
