Enjoyment in style! On our mountain (330m) on the Vallee du Lot (the Tuscany of France) you can have a wonderful holiday with us in this stylish stone home with phenomenal views. The house dates to 1830 but has been renovated for 2-10 persons with all the modern conveniences of today but still maintaining many authentic elements like the old bread oven, sinks & fireplaces. The walls are 60-80 cm. thick so it stays pretty cool in summer. The large living room is quite characteristic with its beamed ceiling and fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and has all modern appliances in it for easy gourmet cooking. Of course there is also a barbecue. One of the four bedrooms has an original open fireplace that makes this warm room especially cosy and romantic; fall asleep by firelight and awake to the lovely French sunrise light creeping through the shutters. Share our private (10x5m) swimming pool with us just 25 metres from the house.
Downstairs: big living room with fireplace, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, furnished terrace. Upstairs: one bedroom with 3 twin beds (which can be moved around). The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. A third bedroom has a double bed and fireplace and lastly another bedroom with a double bed and woodstove. Also there’s a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

| The house stands together on 15 hectares of private land with our home. This undeveloped nature area with fabulous woods gives home to a variety of wild animals and offers a place for taking surprisingly nice meditative walks. This oasis of rest is just 5 kilometres from Cajarc, a cosy touristy but very French village with small business, bars, restaurants & terraces. In short, for those looking for quiet, space and nature, come and enjoy the sunny climate of Southern France with us.

For instance: a visit to medieval villages, prehistoric caves, potholing or spelunking, checking out the markets, canoeing, water skiing, horseback riding, tennis, swimming, hiking, mountain-biking, delta-flying, boating on the Lot or steam training along the Lot, sport fishing etc.
