The House is 750 m2, and includes everything you could dream of. The house was build in 1790, but was fully renovated in 2006/2007. Floors and rosette ceilings are kept and beautifully restored. The house also includes a separate apartment. There are 7 bathrooms and all together 10 WC’s on the property. Please contact us via E-mail we will send you all the information you require. Our website will be ready next week. The prices are very low this year because we have put this fantastic property out for rent very late this season. We guarantee heated swimming pool from beginning of April - 15 of November. We have reference persons that you can call, to get an objective statement. (Dutch, Belgium, Norwegian, French and English)
Exterior
The property is nearly 3000 m2 and actually in the centre of the village, but when you are in the garden you will not believe it! You really do not feel that there are neightbours around.

There are about 10 - 12 Restaurants in the village. There are 10 - 15 villages within 15 - 20 minutes drive where you will find many fantastic restaurants. Our caretaker is a cook, and if you would like him and his crew to cook for you, one lunch/dinner or more, please let us know. We will also send you a list of restaurants when you have ordered. As you probably know there are many wine Chateau’s in the area.
Other remarks
Cotignac is perhaps the most beautiful village in Provence. Within 1 hour from the sea, St. Tropez, Gorges du Verdon, Aix en Provence, Nice etc. But when you are in the garden you do not want to leave anywhere!! If you stay more than one week there will be a reduction in price. (To be discussed if relevant.)
