| This gîte has one double bedroom plus one twin room and is suitable for 4 persons. Fully fitted and equipped it has a private entrance and terrace and is on one level, so is suitable for families with small children and elderly. The gîte shares a lovely pool which is alarmed and fenced and has terrace, decking, loungers and shades. There is a play area with football, volleyball, badminton and swing/climbing frame for small children. We also have table tennis, trampoline and boules. There is a communal barbecue area and laundry facilities. Nearby, you can enjoy canoeing, tennis, horseriding, golf and fishing. We have direct access to many paths for walking and cycling.

| The small complex is just 2 kilometres from the nearest village with bank, post office, bars, restaurants, small supermarket, butchers and bakery. The Medieval Bastide town of Gourdon is just 13 kilometres to the east with a weekly market and large supermarkets, gift shops,bars and restaurants. The river Dordogne is just 15 kilometres to the north and all the attractions of the Dordogne such as Beynac, Rocamadour and Sarlat are a short drive. the com
