There are three apartments.
The big apartment is upstairs. The entrance leads to a surfaced terras with a view to the sea. You have the use of the barbeque.
There is a nice, fully equipped kitchen with kitchen table.
The living has a dining-area, fireplace, tv, hifi, telephone and a fax.
A passage leads to three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one little bedroom has a single bed.
Two other apartments have there separate entrances.
They both have a living with kichten, bathroom with WC, a wash stand and bidet.
Apartment 1 has a bedroom with a double bunk bed (single top) and a little terrace on the North.
Apartment 2 has a bedroom with double bed and a spacious terrace on the West overlooking the swimming pool.
Next to the swimming pool ( 8x4 ) is apartment 3. This little apartment is used as a store room for pool equipment but can be used as a living or bedroom.

| From the gate, a private road leads to the estate ”Domaine de la Pinéde” 2000 metres east of the village centre on the D 93 to Ramatuelle. The house is situated on the south slope on 1500 m2. The garden is surrounded by cypress trees and cork oaks. There is a big parking on the east side of the house. The other sides have terasses.
