| The Pressoir is a 2 double bedroom detached house with bathroom, kitchen and lounge. It is well equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, 4 plate gas hob and plenty of glass & china. The lounge is open plan with TV (French) DVD, 3 piece suite, table & chairs and french windows to a patio with garden furniture & BBQ. The heated pool is located in the main farmhouse garden.

| The Pressoir is facing west so you have lovely views with a sunset. Completely secluded with plenty of parking and garden surrounding it and very safe for children. Yet near enough to the main farmhouse for help with information of the area, what to see etc and wine tasting can be arranged. We are 3 klm from the village Ambillou Chateau, but a car is needed for more provisions.

| We have a heated pool for your pleasure. We have a table tennis room and there is plenty of space for football etc. In the village there is a tennis court you can use. A natural lake is 8 klm away and free. Local pools are 10 klms away. Angers 30 klms, has lots of sporting activities to enjoy. Also we are 10 klm from the river Loire with its water sports and boating, walking and picnics.

| Surrounding us are many good French resturants we can recommend. We are situated right in the middle of Anjou wine region where Anjou rouge, Cabernet d’Anjou and Cote de Layon are produced, and we can take you or direct you to local growers who will be pleased to let you sample their wine.

| Saumur is 26 klm south of us with its tuffau stone buildings and historic castle. It is the home of the National Equitation Military School you can visit. Angers 30 klm north is a busy town, voted the best town in France for its lively atmosphere. Around us are many small villages with lovely markets, resturants etc. All worth a visit.
