This house was built in 2007 with comfort in mind. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with twin beds. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and one (double) in the tower. There are two separate bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. The large living room includes a wood stove, t.v with d.v.d player and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a cooker with 5 gas rings and electric oven and a large fridge-freezer. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen and living rooms give onto a southwesterly terrace with incredible views. You also have use of a private 5 x 10 meter swimming pool. The house is surrounded by 1.8 hectares of private land.
Exterior
The house is two kilometers from Cazals, a small pretty village with Sunday market, bar, restaurants, a small supermarket and a baker etc. The region is known for its many castles and caves with prehistoric paintings, rivers and lakes. There are many beautiful areas for cycling and hiking. It is also possible to swim and fish in the rivers and lakes. On the Lot and Dorgogne rivers there are lots of places for canoeing, fishing and swimming. The region also boasts a large number of authentic medieval villages and towns which offer shops, fresh food markets, cultural events, museums and many other places of interest.

Please bring your own towels and kitchen cloths. The cleaning cost is 75 Euros, the deposit 300 Euros. We need a 30% payment upon reservation, and the remaining payment within 6 weeks of the reservation. A week’s hire runs from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. High season: July and August. Half season: June and September. Low season: all the remaining months. Rental costs in the low and half season: occupancies of four or less people available upon request.
