Via a monumental stairway up to a covered balcony you enter our cosy living room which is equipped with a wood burning stove, a stereo, a TV and a DVD player.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house each with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and bath.
The swimming pool (6m x 12m) is illuminated.
Exterior
This former farmhouse dates back to 1867 and is quietly set amidst vineyards, forests and meadows. The property is 4 hectares and there is still the old bread oven and several small outbuildings – it is a lovely place just to wander around. We are 12 kilometres from Prayssac, 10 kilometres from Montcuq and 5 kilometres from Sauzet.
There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Relax or be energetic... it’s your choice!
Things to do locally
On the premises you find a professional Pétanque course and you can also bike, play tennis, go canoeing or fishing. In a 50km radius you will more things to explore and do than you can possibly hope to achieve in the course of one holiday:
Cahors, St.Cirq-Lapopie, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Montquc, Gourdon en Puy l’Eveque, and many castles and museums.
Don’t miss the markets and antique markets in Prayssac, Cahors and Montcuq.
