| Our villa is situated in the middle of a domain of 10 acres very peacefully located less than 1,5 miles from the village of Sospel. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa. The provincial kitchen is completely equipped (washing machine, microwave refrigerator, freezer and a large gas cooker) and opens out onto a large terrace with a barbeque and table for 10 people. In the spacious living room you can seat 12 people at the table. In the living room there is an inglenook fireplace, DVD player and a stereo unit. One of the bedrooms opens out directly onto the terrace and has a double bed (1,60 x 2.00mtr) 2 bedrooms have two beds of 1,40 x 1.90 m and the bedroom on the mezzanine has 2 singles and a very comfortable sleeping couch which is large enough for two people. In the two bathrooms there is a bath and shower. Nearby the house there is a swimming pool with sun couches. There is also a table tennis table and a badminton court. Of course you can also just enjoy the peace of the 10 acre park. We can also supply bed linen if so required. There is a small charge for this service.

| The house is situated on 10 acres of private ground with views over the first mountain ranges of the nature reserve Mercantour. And I,5 miles from the village of Sospel. Sospel is a typical Provance village with 4000 inhabitants. In Sospel you can find all facilities such as pharmacy, doctors, restaurants etc

| On the private grounds you can swim play table tennis or badminton. You can also pick chestnuts in the season. Sospel lies 10 miles from Menton and is less than 30 minutes driving from various tourist centres and activities with Monaco at 15 miles and Nice Antibes and Cannes also close by. You can also participate in several sports activities such as parasailing, mountain climbing, canoeing and other activities. There of course also a multitude of walking possibilities in the direct vicinity.
