In the pleasantly furnished living room of 360 sq. ft. with magnificent beamed ceiling there is also a luxurious kitchen situated, an adjoining bedroom with double bed and en- suite bathroom with bath and wash basin and a second double bedroom with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom with shower wash basin and separate toilet. Total surface area of the gîtes is 720 sq.ft.. In the living there is also a sofa-bed. Garden is 1800 sq.ft. with view and equipped with garden furniture and barbeque.
Exterior
Loupiac is 8 miles from Souillac a small town with all amenities including a supermarket, various churches, terraces and museums. In Souillac there is also a pleasant swimming pool with many activities for the children. Sarlat is at 14 miles distance and is a beautiful medieval town with markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Gourdon is a magnificent provincial town and only 10 miles away. Other attractions are; Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac Dordogne castles and several gardens that are well worthwhile visiting. Also in Souillac there is a golf course. In short, whether you book for 1, 2 or 3 weeks it will always be too short to see and experience everything, but… you can of course always come back.
Things to do locally
Use of the swimming pool is only possible in combination with renting the Presbytere (8/9 people) Otherwise at 2 miles distance there is a large communal swimming pool with children’s paddling pool. You can play golf on the magnificent 18 holes golf course of Souillac which is generally quiet. Walking can be done directly from the house there are various routes and one even starts on the church yard where the house is situated. Cycling (needs some gears) horseback riding at 1 mile away and tennis courts at 2 miles distance are other possibilities.

Other remarks
Lovely gîtes for a relaxing holiday. If you wish to book a larger group there is also the possibility of renting ”Presbytere” as well which can cater an additional 8/9 people. The house and the Presbytere are completely separated but can be joined together with a doorway in between the two residences.
