The garden is whole fenced off and has many privacy and lots of space for the children. The garden is approximately 1500M2 with a beautiful pool of 9 – 5 meters, a nice terrace and many places to relax with shadow spots.

The holiday house is situated in a very calm village with beautiful historical houses and nature Brilliant views over the Burgundian landscape. Approximately 6 km away of the village Treigny where all basic needs are; as a bakery, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket.
Things to do locally
Your holiday home is located just 1.5 hours drive from Paris and a stone’s throw from the historic Place Saint-Sauveur and Saint-Fargeau. The cities Auxerre and Vézelay are just half hour drive from your accommodation. You can enjoy the shopping streets, local markets, the many terraces and of course the French brasseries, where to go for a snack and a drink.
Auxerre The city has a lively town with a rich history. You can look back in history the many ancient churches and buildings.
However you want to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility, then we recommend you to visit the nature park of France, the Morvan.
The Yonne area, where the river flows through the Yonne, is ideal for walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, boating and horse riding.
It is also a visit to the vineyards of Sancerre, Chablis or Inrancy very worthwhile. At night you can then, on the terrace of your house, enjoy your newly purchased wine. Naturally, these wines go well with a Burgundian meal. Both the ingredients for this meal as a variety of French cheeses are plenty for sale on local markets. In combination with the pleasant temperatures may be no different than you as God in France will feel.
