| The gîte is particularly well appointed. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom including bath and shower. Second bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower available at an additional cost. Comfortable large sitting room/kitchen area. The property has been lovingly restored wth all mod cons whilst retaining its rustic charm and original features. Bathrooms have heated towel rails, beds have electric blankets and all rooms have electric heaters making it an ideal accommodation for all seasons. There is also a dvd and cd player. The property is not suitable for children.

| The gîte is situated on the edge of the tiny village of Vira. It has views of the mountains and is surrounded by the forest of Boucheville. All around are wonderful walks which provide stunning attractions during all seasons.

| The location is ideal for nature lovers. Walking is the favourite passtime, but it is also ideal for mountain-biking. Horse-riding is available nearby as well as white water rafting and rock climbing. There is a tennis court in the next village of Fosse which also boasts a free open air swimming pool during July and August.

| There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the nearby villages of Caudies-de-Fenouilledes, St Martin, St Paul and Maury offering a range of food from Pizzas to haute cuisine. The local shops are a 15 minute drive away in Caudies and most villages have a cave offering a choice of local wines.

| L’Ecurie is an exceptionally well appointed gîte and has two outside terraces for sitting and relaxing or enjoying a bbq. Situated on the edge of the Foret de Boucheville, Vira is one of the prettiest villages in the area with a lovely church, boules areas and its own plan d’eau. An ideal location for those looking for peace and quiet in a small friendly village.
