The ground floor has a large living with satellite television and CD player, professional kitchen with hotel hob, oven, dishwasher (6 mins) 2 microwaves etc. There are 3 bedrooms each with two single beds and bathroom. There is also a chalet with two single beds a living and bathroom. The first floor has five bedrooms of which four with single beds and one with a double. Each room has its own wash basin whilst in the corridor there are two showers and two toilets. ON the east side of the house there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque. Next to the house there is a large lawn with fruit trees and particularly under the apple trees there is plenty of shade. The jeu de boules pitch is in the garden and is approximately 18,000 square feet in size. In the laundry there are two washing machines and two dryers and a freezer.
Exterior
The farmhouse is situated in the hamlet Huspoil which is part of the community of La Comelle. There are noshops in the village but in the next village Saint Leger sur Beuvray all the basic amenities are available such as butcher, baker, chemist, vegetable shop and restaurants. The farmhouse is peacefully situated with babbling brooks, rivers and lakes in the neighbourhood. At 10 minutes walking from the farmhouse there is a large lake which offers great fishing and swimming. The house is set in a beautiful large and sunny garden with terrace. Whether you wish to have a romantic breakfast under one of the many fruit trees or a game of Jeu de Boules you will be astounded by the magnificent views looking over miles countryside and watch the cows being driven by dogs directly past the house. It is as though time has stood still here. 3 miles away there is the bustling town of Etang sur Arroux with all its facilities. In the area there are numerous restaurants where you can eat at very affordable prices such as Etang sur Arroux, St Leger, Luzy, Autun etc. The town of Autun established by the Romans offering various activities is at 10 miles distance and is certainly worth the visit especially on Wednesdays and Friday when there is a market in the covered market and on Fridays in the open air. On the hill “de Beuvray” there was a large Celtic community in the past. Several remains and artefacts of this past history can be seen in the museum which is certainly worth visiting. Tennis and several golf courses are to be found in the direct neighbourhood

Kitchen towels etc and electricity is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Due to insurance regulations it is not permitted to smoke on the first floor or in the bedrooms
