Our newly rennovated gîte has the following: Entrance hall leading into a living room with open fireplace, sofa, beamed ceiling and wooden floors. Next comes the kitchen with a large French dining table. Both rooms have electric heaters. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, douche, sink and radiator. The gîte also contains a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and a microwave. In the garden there is a set of chairs, table tennis and a sandpit.
Upstairs one bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has three single beds. There is also enough space for a travel cot which we can assemble for you on demand.

| In our freestanding ”Fermette” we have sectioned off a piece of land for your private use. The gîte has around 600m in an area of 6000m2 of bridle paths. Around the villages of Gien and Cure that lie between the hills there are woods, pastures and brooks. On our land it is lovely to sit outside for barbeques. We have many deckchairs for the sun lovers. Shops, markets and museums are found in the nearby towns of Avallon and Autun. There are also many small shops in the local villages for daily needs.

| The Fermette lies in the Morvan Regional Park. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and traversed by many walking and mountainbiking paths. The Lac des Settons offers many water sports about 5km away such as fishing, swimming and surfing. There are also many delicious restaurants in the area.

| The Bourgogne is a wonderful region for food and wine. There are many cellars in and around Morvan that hold wine tastings and sales.

The gîte can be hired all year round. The price is inclusive of gas, electricity, water, firewood, dishwasher use, cleaning materials and Kitchen towels. Please bring your own towels.
Low season: January, February, March, November, December
Half-season: Aril, May, June, September, October
High season: July, August and all school holidays and feast days in the above times.
The cost does not include cleaning that we will do before the next guests arrive. We would appreciate it if you could leave the gîte in a good condition when you leave.
