| Falgayras is set in 10 hectares of rolling countryside and woodland overlooking a lake. It is at the end of a country lane with no passing trafic or nearby road. There is a very private shady terrace for outdoor living and an inviting pool (10x5metres)set in a large garden.

| It is short walk to the nearby lake where water skiing and wakeboard are possible. There is a choice of riding stables catering for riders of all levels. Beautiful walks through woods, countryside and small villages are possible from the house.
