Exterior
The “Le Peyrou” estate is a former vineyard that lies in a meander of the river Lot. The estate is about 15 kms west of Cahors. The 3 separate houses on the “Le Peyrou” estate are in the centre of a beautifully designed wooded park of almost 4 hectares (or approximately 10 acres) graced with centuries old trees and romantic country paths.
Three of our homes are available for our guests; the main manor (4 pers.), the house of the gardian (6 pers.) and the guest house (10 pers.). Each home has a private entrance and parking area, which guarantees privacy.
You can enjoy a walk around the estate, swim in the pool (6-12 metres) sunbathe on a loungechair, or enjoy a game of tennis on the tennis court.
An enjoyable pastime on a sultry summer’s evening is to play “jeu de boules” or sit on the one of the benches in the gardens. From there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Lot valley, also home to an old fort that is lit up in the evenings.
