Domaine “ La Fontaine du Cade” is situated on a estate of about 60 acres with 6 independent and comfortable gîtes ( 60 to 150 m2 ) for 2 to 10 persons. Each gîte has 1,2 or 4 bedrooms as well as 1 or 2 bad rooms and separated toilet. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a cosy open fire corner. Kitchen fully equipped ; oven, fridge etc..
One of them has a washing machine and dishwasher ( larger houses). 2 Houses are equipped with central heating also makes “ La Fontaine du Cade” an ideal location for vacations in the off season. The other gîtes are electrically heated , some extra heating is available.
All gîtes have their own terraces with barbecue and a little garden, you have all the privacy you want. There is a swimming pool 12 x 9 m. with a panoramic view over all the estate.
Toys and children’s garden play equipments are available.

“ La Fontaine du Cade” lies outside the village Lagorce between Vallon Pont d’Arc ( close to the famous Gorges d’Ardéche) and Voguë ( one of the most beautiful villages in France)
Walking paths and all-terrain biking trails are immediately accessible from the property. Visit local market places or stay ad your terrace while you simply enjoy life as it comes, as if back in time. The Ardeche ist the right place to have vacation.

The houses are peacefully situated, you can relax by walking or biking in a colourful relaxing scenery, where you can enjoy a “Pastis” or local wine on one of the cosy terraces in a little picturesque village. On the estate you find our swimming pool 12 x 9 m., there is a tennis table and a playground for children . Southern Ardeche is fantastic for canoeing & kayaking ( such as the descent of the Ardeche Gorges) Climbing and adventure trails on the Chassezac, chalk cliffs, horse-riding, donkey-trips. In the village of Lagorce there is a tennis court. Castles, folk-art museums ,caves (exposition grotte Chauvet Vallon Pont d’Arc) You don’t
have to go far to be active. In Lagorce : my silk worm Nursery : exhibition of the evolution of the silk worm throughout its cycle.

We have a cosy family bistro where we offer a cuisine Ardechoise a rural kitchen : each day you have a different menu with local specialities: like picodons ( goat cheese) criques ( pancake of potatoes) caillettes ( meatball)mushrooms and chestnuts all depending of the season. Also for a little salad at noon or an ice-cream , or simply for a drink of the local wine of a beer your welcome.
Out of season ( except July and August ) we have also bed and breakfast .
For Family reunion or a holiday with friends we offer an all-in arrangement ( houses, bed and bath linen, cleaning, break-fast, diner ) we are well suited for larger groups till 50 persons.

Domaine “ La Fontaine du Cade” is for people who seek quietness, cosiness, who appreciate the company of other ( international) guests, who like good food, walking, biking etc..
We are open all year.
Its possible to rent bed and bathroom linen, we have also an all-in arrangement.
If you decide to book with us, we will do everything to make your stay a pleasant one during your holiday.
A bond of 200/300 euro and local taxes have to be paid on arrival.
