| The Cottage is cosy and has been completely refurbished keeping the character of the building with lots of oak beams. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is also satellite TV, DVD player, hi-f, i-pod docking station and a video games console.

| Grandcourt is a very peaceful Normandy village with just one shop and a bakery where you can buy delicious bread and croissants for breakfast every morning. There is also a local bar which occasionally serves lunch. The village is on the edge of a forest and is just 15 minutes drive from the beach and 1.5 hours from Calais.

| There are plenty of activities in the local area to enjoy such as horse riding, water sports, fishing, childrens theme parks within a hours drive, chateaux and museums to visit, forests to ride a bike through or have a picnic in. At the property there is a heated swimming pool as well as a swing garden, duck pond and a pasture with a donkey and two ponies.
