The natural stone house has two floors and a liveable area of 130m². It has been furnished with great care. The gîte lies on the banks of a brook and is very secluded and private.
On the ground floor is the living room with an open fully-equipped kitchen. The utility room includes a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge with freezer section etc…
The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor there is a spacious corridor, two bedrooms with single beds and a large bathroom.
Both floors are air-conditioned. There is plenty of garden furniture and a gas-BBQ with lava stones. We have a unique, covered 16m x 9m and heated, swimming pool– the cover can be put totally aside so the pool is in the open air. You can swim the whole year around. The pool water is treated with active oxygen (no chlorine, no salt), soft for your skin and friendly for the environment. Also available is an infrared sauna.
Exterior
The gîte lies in a stunning, heavily forested, hilly landscape. The nearest village (1km) houses a post office, a mini bank, a little supermarket and a bakery.
Within walking distance (250m) you can do horseback riding or visit a restaurant.

The gîte is perfect for elderly people and people those with mobility problem.
Included in the price: bed linen, tea towels, bath towels. Please bring your own swimming towels. There is a baby bed with all bed linen available.
Extra services: Grocery supplies on arrival, babysitting and taxi service.
Gas, water, use of the sauna and the heating of the swimming pool are included in the price. Personal use of electricity in the gîte is charged when you leave according to usage.
The gîte is available from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 16h and departure at 10h. Please leave the gîte cleaned or you can have us clean it for you for 60 €.
We charge 20% on reservation, with the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before arrival plus a 400€ damage deposit.
Smoking is not allowed on the first floor or in the bedrooms.
