Pleasantly furnished house with on the ground floor kitchen, dining room table, settee and two armchairs it has good lighting and there is a record player and CD available. The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, cooker and hob. Upstairs there is a bedroom with one bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Loupiac is 8 miles from SOUILLAC, a small town with all amenities including a supermarket, various churches, terraces and museums. In Souillac ther is also a pleasant swimmingpool with many activities for the children.
GOURDON is a magnificent provincional, medieval town and only 8 miles away.
Other attractions are: ROCAMADOUR, GOUFFRE DE PADIRAC, DORDOGNE CASTLES, and several gardens that are well worthwhile visiting.
Also in Souillac there is a 18-holes GOLF COURSE www.souillac-countryclub
In short, whether you book for 1,2 or 3 weeks it will be too short to see and experience everything but... you can of course always come back

Use of the swimmingpool is only possible in combination with renting the Presbytere
(4/9 people) Otherwise at 2 miles distance the is a large communal swimmingpool with children’s padding pool.
You can play golf on the magnificent 18 holes golf course of souillac which is generally quiet.
Walking can be done directly from the house, there are various routes and one even starts on the church yard where the house is situated.
Cycling (needs som gears).

If you wish to book a larger group there is the possibility of renting ”Le Presbytere”as wel which can cater an additional 4/8 people .
This house and Le Presbytere are completely seperated but can be joined together
with a doorway in between the two residences.
