| La Riviere appartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, a partially covered terrace with a large barbeque, a safe, tv with international channels and is equipped for 2 - 5 people. Next to the appartment is another studio for 2 people, thus it is possible to hire both for a total of 6/7 people.

| This is a paradise for nature lovers. There are also many historic sites and tourist attractions (medieval villages and bastides, grottos, Romanesque churches, traditional markets etc.,). Gourmets will love the area famous for its cooking, Cahors wine, foie gras and truffles. A wide variety of sports are on offer locally from walking and bike riding to horse treking, fishing and watersports, hunting, golf and paragliding.

| The appartment was built in 2001. The swimming pool is 4 x 10 metres and was finished in 2003. It lies nestled between the hills, where the simple life is easy to find. It is possible to get to Cahors on the motorway in just half an hour. Near there you can go canoeing, fishing and swimming in the Lot river which is just a few kilometres from here. All kinds of shops are located in Prayssac, a village just 5km away. La Riviere stands in its own 2 hectare field, bordered by 2 other estates and a stream. There is also a table-tennis table and a trampoline. A volleyball net hangs over a large grass court for a fast and furious game.

| Our 2 hectare parcel of land is located in the heart of the Cahors wine region and by the hamlet of Les Junies. This small area of peace and quiet can help you to de-stress, relax and have a lovely holiday. The 4 x 10 metre swimming pool has sunbeds and parasols. Pets are welcome (at a cost of 35E per animal per week). Bedding costs an extra 5E per week and use of the washing machine and drier is 3E per wash including washing powder and softener. Cleaning costs are 35E. The Riviere can also be rented out as a 2-person studio and a 4-person appartment; ideal for coming on holiday with friends and retaining some privacy. All our facilities are suitable for children from 2 to 14 years, especially if you hire the studio and appartement together. REDUCTIONS: If you book for the following year after you have stayed with us, you are eligible for a 10% discount. If you rent the appartement and the studio you are also eligible for a 10% discount. If you pay for all in advance, a 15% reduction is possible. The low season is from November to April, midseason: May, June, September and October and the highseason: July and August.
